Prices and availability for flights, hotels and tours are confirmed at the time of booking and may change until payment is received. A booking is confirmed once we issue your confirmation.
Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Full payment or a deposit may be required to hold a booking, as advised at the time.
Change and cancellation terms depend on the airline, hotel or tour supplier and will be shared with you before you book. Some fares and rates are non-refundable.
We assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee approval, which is decided solely by the relevant embassy or authority. You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you provide.
